This lesson is designed to prepare employees of ICS how to manage videoconferences using the MGC Manager program.
The MGC Manager is a program that ICS uses to manage videoconferences. It is similar to the Contex program, but more intuitive and user-friendly.
This training program will teach you how to use the MGC Manager program, and how to handle everyday situations while you are scheduled as a videoconference operator. The lessons will consist of tutorials and simulations, so you get plenty of interaction with the program.
A User Guide is also available so you have more than one learning method at your disposal. The User Guide is also helpful for refreshing your memory after this training program.
