Helpful Tips:

  1. This training program is designed to help you learn about videoconference operations through discovery learning. The more you test the program and poke around in it, the more familiar you will become with it. Don't worry, you won't break anything.
  2. Become familiar with even the little boxes, pulldown menus and icons located in the Conference Properties and Participant Properties windows. Knowledge of these small things will help you with the quizzes and simulations.
  3. Ask questions if needed. Most of the answers are provided in the training materials, but some answers will require either more experience or more critical thinking. Try to collaborate with other operators to find the answers.
