Below are several examples of my development capabilities as part of creating performance-improvement programs.
Clearspace
These
are online tutorials designed to train users how to customize Clearspace
for each user's needs. I was responsible for every aspect of this
project: analysis, design, content capture, editing, and implementation.

MGC Manager Operation
This is an example of an e-learning program to train new employees about the basics of using a videoconference management software. I was responsible for evvery aspect of this project: analysis, website design, implementation, and evaluation. I used Captivate© to collect interactive screenshots of the videoconference managing software.

BouldersnBelays.com
This
is the another example of website development for training purposes.
The site is still in progress, but I first focused on teaching the
skills needed to complete a belay certification test at an indoor
climbing gym. I was responsible for creating the entire site, including
the video clips and Flash© animations.

Boulders Climbing Gym Performance Improvement (Instructor Materials)
This development was part of a consulting project designed to improve performance at Boulders Climbing Gym in Madison, WI. The development focused on instructor and student materials for training new managers about how to conduct safety certification tests at the climbing gym. For this task, I was responsible for creating all instructor materials.

Laundry 101
This project was developed and tested during my Master's degree program. Working with 2 other designers, we created an entire program aimed at instructing the basics of laundry to college freshmen. For this project, I was responsible for organizing a test workshop, recruiting instructors and students, for conducting workshop evaluations, and for organizing and writing evaluation findings.

Videoconference Bridging Procedures
This is an example of a standard operating procedures manual for videoconference operators at UW-Extension. I was resposible for creating the easy-to-use document, to assist technicians with normal operation of videoconference managing software.

Sew Simple
This is an example of a Computer-Based Training program designed to teach sewing skills to hobbyists. The slide in the PDF is just one within the program, which allows the user to navigate from one subject to another. I was responsible for creating the design, layout, navigation, and pictures for the program.
